چکیده
Aluminum alloys are the most attractive solutions for many industries including aerospace, marine, and other transportation sectors where lightweight construction is required. Friction Crush Welding (FCW) a new material joining process that simultaneously creates mechanical lock metallurgical seal at interface between similar dissimilar materials. In this research work presents development of numerical modelling to predict temperature distribution performance aluminum copper joints in FCW sheet metal section. An explicit nonlinear transient finite element thermomechanical model develop using ABAQUS based on coupled Euler-Lagrange method simulate AW5754 Cu-DHP alloys. The Johnson-Cook materials law adopted FEM. Numerical investigations was performed reduce experimental testing times, which can be long expensive. Temperature von misses stress flow patterns observed top surface weld. simulation data correlate with literature.

Friction Welding to Join Dissimilar Metals
The purpose of this work was to join and assess the development of solid state joints of dissimilar material AA6082 aluminum alloy and AISI 304 stainless steel, via continuous drive friction welding process, which combines the heat generated from friction between two surfaces and plastic deformation. Tests were conducted with different welding process parameters. The results were analyzed by me...
متن کاملNumerical simulation of laser beam welding of Ti6Al4V sheet
This paper was aimed to report the 3D finite element analysis simulation of laser welding process of Ti6Al4V 1.7 mm sheets in butt joint in order to predict the temperature distribution, hardness, and weld geometry. The butt-joint welds were made using CO2 laser with the maximum power of 2.2 kW in the continuous wave mode. A part of the experimental work was carried out to verify the weld geome...
